La Union Europea en peligro de romperse

Queridos amigos,

he decidio abrir un nuevo Foro para empezar a hablar del principio del comienzo de la desintegracion de la UE de 27 miembros.

En los ultimos tiempos ha habido muchos vetos para proyectos de gran embergadura por ejemplo los Bonos Covid donde NL, DE y AT amenazaban, luego Chipe estuvo mucho tiempo amenazando con Veto y ahora ya es el camino que podrian dejar de ser miembros 2 Estados miembros: Polonia y Hungria

Hay muchos Estados como : IT, Es, FR, GR, PT ..entre otros que necesitan perentoriamente los fondos multimillonarios para la recuperacion y ayudar a las empresas y a las familias...si ese dienero no llega probablemente estos paises iran al Art 20 del Tratado de Lisboa con el fin de presentarse con la posibilidad de tener una mayoria reforzada cuando se demuestre que esta crisis no se resuelve por tanto mas vale dejar a 2 Estados fuera y seguimos adelante como ocurrio con Schengen o la adopcion del Euro

Asi pues este es mi temor...pero si alguien opina lo contrario puede aportarla.

Entre tanto para los ciudadanos que deseen saber como se fraguan el desmembramiento de la UE solo tienen que dar una lectura a los siguientes enlaces:

Si los federalistas hubieran trabajado en la buena direccion segun los principios de Hertenstein en lo años 1940 y decenios siguientes...hoy tendriamos una Federacion UE con una Constitucion Federal
Y esta crisis como las anteriores se habrian debatido en el Parlamento Federal de la UE dentro de una normativa federal que se habria desarrollando de la Consitucion Federal de la UE

Inzwischen wird immer öfters gefordert, dass man z.B. zum Artikel 2o greift und die Finanzhilfen ohne Polen und Ungarn sicherstellt. Auch ich habe dies bereits an mehrern Stellen so gefordert.

Manche meinen, es würde zu lange dauern. Ich glaube aber daran, dass -- wenn es gewollt ist -- man dies auch schneller als üblich hinbekäme.

In meinem Weihnachtsbrief 2020, den man übrigens auch hier finden kann: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=167 gehe ich etwas näher auf meine Befürchtungen ein.

Europa hat eine eindeutige Grenze, und das ist die Demokratie! Deshalb sollten wir schnell handeln. Und wie es heute Hans Müller sehr passend in seinem Beitrag anführte viewtopic.php?f=15&t=409 ---> Demokratie und Rechtsstaatlichkeit sind keine Handelsmasse!

Entweder unsere polnischen und ungarischen Mitbürger, um diese geht es aktuell gerade, wählen die Antidemokraten ab und stellen sicher, dass der Rechtsstaat in ihren Ländern wieder funktioniert, oder sie sind konseqent und verlassen die EU wieder --> bevor sie von den anderen verlassen werden.

Dear Heinrich,

at the present time the Article 20 of the TL is being discussed more than ever in the news, discussions and forums more than ever before. In my understanding it is the correct way to put each Member State in its place without trauma because the possibility of Art. 20 would leave the door open for the creation of an EU Federation with a federal constitution

Meanwhile I have read recently an interesting publication, on the Europe Today  magazine, of a new article  written by Leo Klinkers, President of F.A.E.F. (Federal Alliance of European Federalists)

The title of the article is ' What the Trump experience demonstrates to Europe in terms of federal state construction '.

Our article analyzes the situation in America during the  transition between Trump presidency and the upcoming  presidency  of  Joe Biden and how the federalization  of Europe is perceived, compared  to what is happening in the American Federation.

I am convinced that the future conference on the future of the EU will not be able to resist entering into the debate of using Article 20 of the TL in order to put order in the development of the future EU
